Sugar Free Hot Cocoa Recipe

Are you looking for a delish sugar free hot cocoa recipe? Ya, me too! lol  Pinterest is my favorite search engine for things like this.

The other night it was chilly and I was looking for something warm, sweet and quick.  I am still trying to be better on the sugar free side of life, so I went to Pinterest and found one.

I went to work right away making the recipe a bit smaller.  The original recipe called for 3.5 cups of milk.   I just wanted a cup, so I mentally broke the recipe up in thirds and hoped for the best.

Oh MAN!!  I am telling you this is worth the very few minutes it took to make.  I went back to “pin” the recipe to my Sugar Free Sweets Pinterest board and noticed the blogger it came from.  She is one of my favorites.  She is the bomb when it comes to making delicious sugar free treats.  Please check out this Sugar Free Hot Cocoa Recipe on her site.  You will not be disappointed!  And for a single serving, break it up into thirds ish…  lol

I used 1/4 cup water, 2 packets stevia, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, 2/3 cup of milk, 1/3 cup of heavy cream, and 1/2 dropper of Toffee flavored liquid stevia.

Do you have a sugar free cocoa recipe you just love?  Share it in the “leave reply”  link above this post.

Merry Christmas!

Luke 2:10-12New Life Version (NLV)

10 The angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. See! I bring you good news of great joy which is for all people. 11 Today, One Who saves from the punishment of sin has been born in the city of David. He is Christ the Lord. 12 There will be something special for you to see. This is the way you will know Him. You will find the Baby with cloth around Him, lying in a place where cattle are fed.”
